Good to know

Questions, answered.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Every home has keyless entry, and your door code is active from check-in to check-out.

Can I bring my dog?

Woodhaven Cabin welcomes one pet up to 50 lbs with approval before arrival and a $75 pet fee. Please ask us about pets at our other homes before you book.

How old do I need to be to book?

The primary guest must be 25 or older.

Can we host a wedding or event?

Events need our written approval before you book, including any visitors beyond your registered guests. Message us and we'll talk through options. The Ridge Estate is a favorite for reunions and wedding weekends.

Do I need a car?

Yes, we recommend one. The homes are on wooded private roads, and you'll want it for the Parkway and trailheads. Uber and Lyft work well for nights out downtown.
